Program Objectives
The "Development in Clothing" programme aims to train managers capable of coordinating activities related to the design of a collection up to the manufacturing agreement, taking into account customer needs, trends and social, economic and technical factors.

When developing the samples, the development manager acts as a coordinator within the design office between the people who take care of the styling, the model making, the methods and the production of the samples. He then supervises the work, contributes to the controls during the fittings and oversees the development of the technical file.

Program Objectives
The "Supply Chain Management" program aims to train supply chain managers capable of managing one or more links in the supply chain, namely: managing customer service, stocks, supplies, warehouses, planning or manage transportation and distribution. 

Its primary role is to optimise logistics flows. To this end, the manager must be able to anticipate and react appropriately and promptly to all malfunctions in the supply chain. Moreover, he processes orders, manages and maintains storage warehouses and guarantees availability of materials regarding the production schedule. Additionally, he organises the shipping and transport of finished products to customers. Furthermore, he ensures the planning and monitoring of production. This contribution makes it possible to increase the added value of products and the competitiveness of companies by optimising physical, financial and information flows.

Program Objectives
The “Purchasing and Sourcing Management” program aims to train managers capable of managing purchasing and sourcing in a company.  

The managers conclude all or part of the purchases, prospect the markets, and evaluate the capacity of the suppliers to meet the imperatives of costs, deadlines, quality, and quantity. They negotiate the best conditions taking into account the technical and commercial objectives; they provide the interface between suppliers, production, marketing and research and development. 

In addition to their collaboration with people internally, they are in contact with the outside world, the public sector, legal, finance, especially when they relate to international trade (e.g. administrations, banks, customs, transit, etc...)

They carry out contracts in compliance with the regulations, draw up purchase orders, calls for tenders, draw up or complete the specifications and monitor all the operations of the purchasing sourcing process.
