Specialized master

The ESITH Specialized Masters is part of the national educational reform of the Ministry of Higher Education establishing the LMD system. (Bachelor, Master and Doctorate).

The Specialized Master is designed with the aim of:
 • Acquiring a sharp specialization and a high qualification for the job market.
• Providing students with skills and know-how in the field of trades and the arts.
• Meeting the specific needs of the socio-economic sector.

 The Specialized Master is organized in four semesters (2 years) after the bachelor. Four streams are offered:

E-logistics
Health, Safety and Environment
Distribution and Merchandising
Textile-Clothing Product Management
E-logistics
PrEsentation

The E-Logistics programme leads to the State Specialised Master's degree. To be admitted, you must meet the following conditions:
 • Hold a State Professional Bachelor or Equivalent
 • Selection based on file review process, written tests as well as an individual interview.

Program Objectives
This training aims at training high-level operational managers able to ensure control of physical flows and information flows. 

This multidisciplinary training calls simultaneously to:
 - The sciences and techniques of industrial engineering.
- Engineering sciences and technologies.
- Management sciences.
- The humanities.

The training program aims at developing the student’s basic concepts of logistics on the one hand and on the other hand, the concepts of information and ICT. Moreover, the lessons provided within the Masters are supported by various assignments, tutorials, practical cases, visits to logistics and industrial sites, allowing students to take a step back from their theoretical knowledge.

At the end of this training, the laureates will be able to:
- Understand the global supply chain and the flows of materials and information it generates
- Analyse data or information from various sources and design an integrating system
- Master the basic technological tools and learn about those specific to logistics that are most widespread on the labour market -
 Organise and model supply chain flows (upstream, internal, downstream)
- Understand the concepts and tools of distribution and E-Commerce 
- Become aware of the strategic and financial challenges of the Supply Chain and promote Lean management

 This Masters is in partnership with "LAVAL UNIVERSITY - Quebec"

The graduates of the Specialized Masters in E-Logistics training will be able to exercise jobs of responsibility in one of the links
in the supply chain, in industry or consulting, positions such as:

Health, Safety and Environment

The Health, Safety and Environment programme leads to the State Specialised Master's degree.

To be admitted, you must meet the following conditions:
 • Hold a State Professional Bachelor or Equivalent
• Selection based on file review process, written tests as well as an individual interview.
Program Objectives
This training aims to train high-level operational managers in Health, Safety and Environment.

This multidisciplinary training calls simultaneously to:
 - The sciences and techniques of industrial engineering.
- Engineering sciences and technologies.
- Management sciences.
- The humanities.

To ensure the consistency of all these disciplines, all of the teaching revolves around a single guideline consisting of the risk assessment process.
This guideline, which underlies the various aspects of health prevention, occupational safety and environmental protection, makes it possible to reach the potential targets that are the individual at work, his immediate environment and the general environment: population and ecosystem.

At the end of this training, the laureates will be able to:
- Identify hazards and assess risks
- Implement protection and prevention methods
- Manage emergencies, crises and accidents
- Initiate and lead a continuous improvement process
- Set up an occupational health and safety management system

Distribution and Merchandising

The Distribution and Merchandising programme leads to the State Specialised Master's degree.

To be admitted, you must meet the following conditions:
• Hold a State Professional Bachelor or Equivalent
• Selection based on file study/review, written tests as well as an individual interview.
Programme Objectives
This managerial-oriented training aims to train high-level professional executives. It is based on three areas of competence:
- Business development strategy: Distribution marketing, distribution strategy, budget management, commercial law, taxation, banking techniques, international trade, industrialisation and project management.
- Establishment of distribution network: Geo merchandising, supply management, sourcing, logistics, visual merchandising, quality e-commerce.
- Business monitoring and optimisation: CRM
- Customer Relationship Management, Leadership, HRM, Point of sale communication, Point of sale management and profitability, Line management, Team management, Animation and promotions.

At the end of this training, the laureates will be able to:
- Integrate new information and communication techniques into the company's commercial strategy
- Design, optimise and make profitable sales networks
- Manage, supervise the operation of a point of sale
- Set up a Merchandising concept
- Implement a merchandising policy consistent with the marketing strategy.

This Masters is in partnership with "MOD'SPE - Paris".

Textile-Clothing Product Management

The Textile-Clothing Product Management programme leads to the State Specialised Master's degree.

Program Objectives
This managerial-oriented training aims to train product managers specialising in textile clothing with the skills for the management, design, marketing and development of product lines.

At the end of this training, students will be able to:
- Manage a product or a set of products from design to marketing
- Study a market, perceive its opportunities and detect its threats, detect new consumer behaviour
- Develop a collection plan with R&D and the style office Optimize the entire supply chain
- Launch and follow the process of a finished product
- Follow the industrialization of the product
- Follow the commercial evolution of its range, assist the sales force.

The main objective of this Masters will be to meet the needs of a rapidly changing sector. The laureates of this Textile-Clothing Product Management stream will ensure the interface between the production and management departments, the creation, the definition of the specifications and the distribution of the product. 

The student will therefore be trained on all the subjects that exist in the management of textile and clothing products:
