ESITH, through its Executive Education division, supports the executives of Moroccan companies to overcome the challenges related to the mastery of the function, and to the perpetual technological and managerial advancements. The training is designed for working professionals, i.e. every other weekend for 18 months.

Training is provided by experts with significant industrial experience, combining great educational qualities and a spirit of innovation and research. 

The Diploma is issued by ESITH after validation of the various Training Modules and the Professional Project.

Industrial Management
Program Objectives
The objective of the Master's program in Industrial Management is to train professionals capable of managing industrial processes that integrate aspects of optimisation of human and material resources as well as continuous improvement. The programme was designed to provide participants with current high-level managerial skills, a transversal vision of the functioning of the company, a condition of its performance.
Procedure
Every other weekend for 18 months, the 360 hours are given by experts with significant industrial experience, combining great teaching qualities and a spirit of innovation and research. The diploma is issued by ESITH after validation of the various training modules and after validation of the professional project (graduation thesis+ thesis defence.)
Maintenance Management and Operational Excellence
Program Objectives
Train managers capable of leading industrial projects, combining mastery of the production process, and optimisation of maintenance, while ensuring the safety of people.
Procedure
360 hours of lessons provided by experts combining teaching and professional skills as well as a professional final project, prepared within the framework of a mission in a company and leading to the defense of a professional thesis.
Logistics Management
Programme Objectives
To acquire a double competence, the master allows you to broaden your professional opportunities in a promising field: Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
Program Objectives
The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Master's programme aims to train professionals capable of managing the risks that could cause damage to people, the environment and company property. It allows you to acquire skills to identify hazards and assess risks and to implement technical and organizational measures to control these risks.
Procedure
360 hours of theoretical lessons, practical work and group work and personal study work prepared as part of a mission in a company and leading to the defense of a professional thesis.
Analysis Laboratory Management
Program Objectives
As part of the enhancement of its training and skills transfer activities, the ESITH "LEC" Expertise and Control Laboratory is launching for the first time in Morocco a Master's degree dedicated to laboratory techniques.

The Analysis Laboratory Management Master’s is intended to be a response to laboratories looking for highly qualified skills, but also to offer broader career prospects to laboratory executives and technicians.

The objective of the program is to train laboratory managers and people qualified to hold positions of responsibility in the physic-chemical analysis sector; bio-analysis and for a wide variety of industries.

360 hours of theoretical and practical teaching, group work and personal study work prepared within the framework of a mission in a company and leading to the defense of a professional thesis.
Strategic Purchasing and Sourcing Management
Program Objectives
This Specialized Master trains Purchasing managers of international stature, capable of leading a team, developing a strategy and leading innovative projects and it opens up to participants the approaches of tomorrow: collaborative purchasing in a virtual environment, communities of practice, marketing purchasing, responsible purchasing, etc.

Program Highlights:
- Conference-debates led by experts to better understand the global environment of the company and its strategic issues 
- The strategic audit of the business ecosystem of your company 
- An individual strategic project to advance thinking in your company on purchasing management and propose concrete action

Digital Marketing
Program Objectives
The "Digital Marketing" Training develops skills mastering, on the one hand, the Marketing approach in its broad dimension and on the other hand, the tools and techniques of digital marketing, ranging from the development of the digital-oriented strategy to the measurement performance, through the creation of websites and displays, traffic management, social networks, emailing and mobile marketing...

Human Capital and Agile Organisation
Program Objectives
Thanks to a unique and pragmatic approach, this Master's "Human Capital and Agile Organisation" provides an arsenal of innovative tools to support the company towards Agility and Excellence.
Procedure
The training is designed for working professionals, i.e. 360 hours, spread over a year, every other weekend. Course closed by an end-of-study project (PFE)
