Erasmus+
The Erasmus+ programme (European Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students), generally referred to as Erasmus, is a programme for the exchange of students, teachers and administrative staff between European universities, colleges and educational institutions around the world. ESITH joined the Erasmus+ programme in 2018 by signing 5 partnerships with European universities and participating in a Capacity Building in Higher Education project called Fostex (Fostering Innovation in the Jordanian and Moroccan Textile Industry) alongside 12 partners from Spain, Greece, Romania, Italy, and Jordan.
Selection Procedure
The call for applications is launched 3 months before the mobility. Interested candidates must submit their applications according to the deadline. Afterwards, they have to take an exam to assess their level of English. A committee composed of the Director of Studies, the Head of the International Relations Department and the cvourse leader will evaluate the applications on the basis of the following criteria: motivation, academic excellence, and the score obtained in the English test.

It was a very enriching experience. I chose modules that were relevant to my current training and that will serve my professional aspirations. I was also very fulfilled because, in addition to studying in English, I was able to enhance my research skills. Indeed, each module requires a project, which requires extensive research and a thorough understanding of the subject. The professors at Kadir Has University (Turkey) were very helpful, as they were always present and always listened to any concerns. I was also always supported by the department in charge of mobility management who encouraged me to give the best of myself to represent ESITH on the international level. I had the opportunity to take my senior project course at West Attica University in Athens, Greece. It was thanks to the efforts of the Erasmus+ program management team who put in efforts and time to help us in the visa process, during the exchange period, and again afterwards for the finalization of the scholarship and the report card. The ERASMUS+ program is very important in a student's career to experience other countries. I spent a semester in Athens. It was an important part of my personal development. Living on my own and meeting students with different characters and traditions allowed me to accept others as they are, to integrate with them, to be strong and above all to present a beautiful image of my country and my school. Without forgetting the academic side, I was able to work on a research topic that will be a bridge to doctoral studies.
